Before an order can be processed, the buyer is required to upload several documents to their account. These include a completed Statement of Intended Use form, a copy of a valid driver's license, and proof of certification to handle pyrotechnics. Accepted certification includes a State Fireworks Wholesale Permit, a State Fireworks Retail Permit, a Fireworks Display Operators Permit, a PGI Certification Letter, or an ATF Type 54 License.
