SHIPPING INFORMATION
Pyro Magic Fireworks LLC. is a wholesaler that sells via the internet to wholesalers and distributors. Pyro Magic Fireworks LLC. assumes no liability as to misuse, illegal sale or transportation by the purchaser. All shipments of fireworks are federally regulated and will be shipped only by federally approved means because of their shipping classification, all fireworks must be shipped via common carrier (semi-truck). All fireworks are sold on the premise that they will be used or sold in accordance with all local, state and federal laws. Any dispute arising will be litigated in Lincoln, Nebraska.
- All fireworks are sold and shipped by the case
- No Shortages will be accepted without being marked on the Bill of Lading (freight document).
- All damages or tampered cases must be marked on the Bill of Lading.
- Open Boxes or missing tape must be marked on the Bill of Lading.
FIREWORKS SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Pyro Magic Fireworks will only ship items that are legally permitted for that shipping destination. Please check your local and state firework laws for your firework regulations. Pyro Magic Fireworks CANNOT SHIP FIREWORKS to the following states: CA, DE, HI, MD, MA, NJ, OH, OR and VT. Pyro Magic Fireworks does not ship fireworks internationally.
If you are a retail customer buying wholesale fireworks, in the state of Nebraska, we can only ship to you from June 25th-July 4th and December 29th thru December 30th
WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST
All firework shipping charges are calculated by weight; therefore, the heavier the order, the more shipping will cost. A minimum of $125.00 for shipping for all firework orders. If the customer refuses delivery, the customer agrees to pay all shipping and return charges and a 30 percent restocking fee. Wholesale orders are not eligible for free shipping, and the customer will be contacted with exact shipping charges before the order is completely processed. The minimum wholesale fireworks order is $1,500.00.
Pyro Magic fireworks offers several ways that you can receive your order
- Fed Ex Freight can deliver directly to your business address.
- Fed Ex Freight can deliver to a residential address (please note that there is an additional charge for this option).
- You may pick up your order at our facility (WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS ONLY please contact us if this option is for you)
We also offer residential and lift gate delivery, but we need to verify a large tractor trailer can deliver to your residence. Additional freight costs applicable for residential and lift gate delivery.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If Pyro Magic Fireworks sends you an incorrect item or an item that is missing, please contact us Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm at 1-402-509-3507 to discuss this issue. Note: Missing or damaged items must be marked on the bill of lading when delivered have the delivery driver also make a note on the bill of lading. We take great care in pulling and packing the products that you have ordered.
RETURNS
Pyro Magic Fireworks LLC. DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY FIREWORK RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to the high cost of shipping fireworks. If there is a problem with an item, please contact one of our sales representatives at 1-402-509-3507
CHANGING / CANCELING YOUR ORDER
After you have checked out, you cannot make any changes to your online order. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm at 1-402-509-3507 or you can email a notice of changes or cancellation along with your order # to sales@pyromagicfireworks.com and we would be glad to help you.
